Terms of Service

By creating an account or using CommentsPickerPro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement and that all registration information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your password secure. Notify us immediately at commentspickerpro@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree not to use the Service to: • Violate any applicable law or platform Terms of Service (YouTube, TikTok, Meta, Twitter/X). • Harass, defame, or discriminate against any person. • Circumvent or abuse the randomisation system to produce fraudulent giveaway results. • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the Service's source code. • Use the Service for spam, phishing, or any deceptive marketing practice.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of third-party platform APIs complies with their respective developer policies. CommentsPickerPro provides tooling — the API credentials you enter remain your responsibility.

Paid plans are billed via Paddle on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Plan upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

All subscription and credit pack purchases are non-refundable. The free plan lets you explore the full product before committing — we encourage you to use it. You may cancel your subscription at any time; you retain access until the end of the paid billing period. In the event of a billing error or duplicate charge on our part, we will resolve it promptly. Nothing in this clause affects rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

All content, trademarks, and software comprising the Service are owned by or licensed to CommentsPickerPro. You retain ownership of campaign data and winner records you create.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CommentsPickerPro's total liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CommentsPickerPro is incorporated. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by local law.
