Facebook comment export FAQ

How do I export Facebook comments to Excel?

Paste your Facebook post or Reel URL into CommentsPickerPro and collect the comments. Then open the Export tab, choose CSV and download. The file opens directly in Excel or Google Sheets, where you can sort and filter thousands of comments.

What is in the exported file?

One row per comment, with username, comment text, likes and time. You choose which columns to include, and the format: CSV (Excel, Google Sheets), JSON, TXT. You can also export your winners, with the round, prize and how each winner was picked.

Are replies included?

Yes. Replies are collected by default, so they appear in the export alongside top-level comments.

How many Facebook comments can I export?

Everything your plan covers for one giveaway, plus more with comment credits (500 comments per credit, billed only for comments actually collected). Comments are collected on our servers, so even 10,000+ comments will not freeze your browser.

Do I need to share my Facebook password?

No. Facebook is connected through Meta's official login screen. Your password is never seen or stored, and you can disconnect at any time.

Is exporting free?

Exports are part of every paid plan, and you add only the platforms you use. A free account includes the instant winner pick on the home page, but not exports.

Which Facebook posts can I export?

Posts and Reels from Facebook Pages you manage. Connect the Page through Meta's login, paste the post or Reel URL, collect the comments and export.

Can I export only the Facebook winners for a sponsor report?

Yes. Export the winners instead of all comments and you get a clean CSV, JSON or TXT file with only the winners and their comments — the format sponsors and prize partners usually ask for.

Will it get comments hidden behind "View more comments"?

Yes. Comments are collected through Meta's API rather than the page view, so the full list arrives regardless of what Facebook shows on screen.
