CommentsPickerPro is built to work — reliably, transparently, and without surprises. Every plan comes with a full-featured free trial so you can explore the product before spending a single cent. We believe that is the fairest way to do it.

Because access to the service is granted instantly and the infrastructure runs the moment you subscribe, we are unable to offer refunds on subscription payments or credit pack purchases. This is not a gotcha — it is the same model used by virtually every SaaS product. We make it easy to cancel before your next billing cycle so you are never charged for a period you did not intend.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings — no forms, no support tickets, no friction. Once cancelled, your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for. You will never be charged again after that.

Credits are delivered immediately upon purchase and can be used any time — they do not expire. Because of this, credit pack purchases cannot be reversed once completed.

If you were charged in error — a duplicate payment, a technical failure that prevented access, or any mistake on our end — we will make it right. Reach out and we will investigate and resolve it promptly. Genuine mistakes are never a grey area for us.
