Data Deletion Instructions

You have the right to request deletion of all personal data and any Facebook or Instagram data that CommentsPickerPro has stored on your behalf.

What data do we store from Facebook / Instagram?

  • • Your Facebook/Instagram OAuth access token (AES-256 encrypted)
  • • Public comment text fetched from posts you selected for giveaway campaigns
  • • Commenter display names and profile picture URLs (public data)
  • • Campaign results and winner records you created

How to request data deletion

Option 1 — Delete your account (instant)

Log in to CommentsPickerPro → go to Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. All your data including Facebook/Instagram tokens and comment history will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Option 2 — Email request

Send an email to commentspickerpro@gmail.com with:

  • • Subject: Data Deletion Request
  • • Your account email address
  • • Specify: Facebook/Instagram data only, or full account deletion

What happens after your request

We will confirm receipt of your request within 48 hours.

All Facebook/Instagram tokens and cached comment data will be deleted within 30 days.

You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

Disconnecting your Facebook or Instagram account from Settings immediately revokes API access and queues token deletion within 24 hours.

Revoke access directly from Facebook

You can also revoke CommentsPickerPro's access to your Facebook account at any time via your Facebook Settings: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications. Revoking access stops any future data access immediately.
