Do purchased credits replace my plan's comment limit?

No. Credits are additive — they top up whatever your plan already covers. A campaign on a plan with its own cap still gets that full cap, plus whatever credits you've bought, never one or the other.

What is a One-Time pass?

A One-Time pass covers a single giveaway on a platform outside your regular plan selection, without changing your subscription. It has to be bought and applied deliberately — it is never spent automatically.

Which platform gets billed first when I run a giveaway?

Any platform already in your plan's selection is covered free at the point of use, up to your plan's cap. Only once that's exhausted does the system draw on purchased credits — and only if you have them. This funding order is fixed and the same for every account.

Can a free account use purchased credits?

A free account starts with a one-time 10-credit signup grant, which is the only way a no-subscription account can fetch from a platform outside its plan. Once you subscribe to any paid plan, that grant is no longer the fallback — platform access comes from your plan selection or additional purchased credits instead.
